All clients are required to complete a GOOD FAITH EXAM (GFE) before receiving any IV hydration, injection, or wellness services.
This evaluation ensures medical clearance and safety prior to treatment.

The GFE includes a brief health assessment conducted under the supervision of a licensed medical provider.
The fee for this evaluation is $39, and it remains valid for one year unless there is a significant change in your medical condition or health history.​

MEDICAL CLEARANCE MUST BE OBTAINED AND APPROVED BEFORE ANY SERVICES CAN BE RENDERED. ​
​
Clients who experience new medical issues, hospitalizations, or major changes in medication or health status must complete a new evaluation prior to receiving additional treatments.
HydraFit+ reserves the right to postpone or decline services if updated clearance is required to ensure client safety.
